I actually have never used a dry cleaning service before this one. I did an Internet search of the closest cleaners to my work and you were listed twice. I guess after looking online at three cleaners including you, I decided to go with you because I saw your prices and the other two didn't have prices even listed. I have been going to different dry cleaners for a long time and I always find an issue, but not at Dublin Cleaners. They did a great job with my dry cleaning but also with my alterations. They informed me of everything as well as their whole process of actually dry cleaning my clothes. My items were also done way before the date given for pickup which was a great surprise. I think the best thing about Dublin Cleaners are their people. For over 5 years and 2 locations that I have attended regularly they have always gone above and beyond and are so friendly. I think it goes without saying that the dry cleaning and laundry service is great and priced well.
Brian, We have been so happy for so long with your work and your staff but for the last 6 months we have had repeated problems with the outcomes of my husband's dress shirt collars. We have returned many that needed to be re-pressed. Just last week we returned 3 for collar issues and we picked them up on Fri the 12th but they look the same. It appears they are either incorrectly pressed (many creased in the wrong place) or smashed together before we pick them up.
