I was very disappointed. Some shirts we had dry cleaned were over $8.00 each. We have had the same shirts dry cleaned in the past for much less. When I inquired why.....I was told because they could not be spun in the washer. Something we have never paid a premium price for and we were never told in the past that these same shirts required special/extra care. Nonetheless all of the shirts were nicely pressed. But very surprised about the premium pricing for designer shirt.
I am very satisfied with the services I received at the Dublin Cleaner. Especially one of your staff member Misty. When ever I go to drop/pick my cloths she is always nice, helpful, pleasant, quick and always at service. I will definitely recommend my friends/family to Dublin Cleaners.
My husband's shirts were very well done. The dry cleaning was fine, with the exception of a pair of my pants. The pants had a seam down the front, and when they were pressed the crease was not on the seam; they really looked bad. I am going to have to get them redone before I can wear them. I feel that you are a bit pricey compared to the other cleaners in the area.
Dublin cleaners have saved a few items I never thought would look new again. The customer service is great. They're always friendly and the other perks such as emails when your items are ready for pick up, monthly billing, tracking and applying coupons and discounts I didn't even know I had!
I needed something done quickly, Misty in Powell was great and helped me get my items back with time to spare.
We have been customers of Dublin Cleaners for 25 years. Great customer service mixed in with quality cleaning....every time. We appreciate that pricing has remained competitive. My husband and I wear suits to work every day...we trust this investment to Dublin Cleaners. Thank you so much!!!
