This was my first visit as I am looking for a cleaner that does a nice job on dress shirts. With my current cleaner the clothes are clean and look OK, but I have to touch up the french cuffs and collars each morning which is frustrating when I am paying to have the shirts cleaned and pressed. Dropped off 2 new pair of jeans I purchased to take with me on trip. Asked for heavy starch and to be creased. When I went to pack them it appeared that they had not been starched (or very little) and were not creased. Very disappointed.
The staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful. A high quality job was done on cleaning the bedspread. Thank you to all!

I dropped off several very expensive, designer pieces at the Powell location. Three were fine for the most part, but the Moncler Maglia zip up cardigan hoodie that I had cleaned was ruined. The front is completely pilling and it looks like I’ve had it for years. I’ve had it for one month. I’m so disappointed to have spent so much on a piece that I truly loved only for it to be ruined by your company. About 25% more expensive than what I am used too, you did a great job and quickly however I will be looking for another dry cleaning service
