Very professional, fast, and reliable.
Michelle was very courteous and apologetic when her register was not working.
People here are very friendly and courteous. The service was prompt, and I received a reminder email to pick up my clothes, which was nice. However, the shirt I had pressed, wasn't hung properly, leaving the collar wrinkled and saggy. I'll probably go back to give them one more try.
Husband very impressed with quality of dry cleaning. He's very picky.
Just a suggestion for laundering new comforters - don't wash it so long. The comforter that I had you wash was definitely not the same as when I brought it to you. Washing too long was the only thing I could think of that would ruin it the way it was. I did get my money back from the company and I'm now going to donate it to Good Will. I know you do good work because I've had you do other things. I just felt that you needed to know how disappointed I was at this experience.
