The service was done as expected, suit cleaning and deodorize, but the worker used a large pin to attach a note “requesting the deodorize” through the back of my suit jacket collar. I have no idea why anyone would do that and now I have a hole through my suit
Brought in 3 shirts. Asked for boxed set up due to travel. Received 2 boxed and one on a hanger. That didn’t work for me.
Rang out side Handicap Buzzer - Shannon came out and I provided phone number. Shannon returned with Shirts / Dry Cleaning and walk to my car (200 feet) and placed them in the back.
I just picked up my clothes. I noted a blue pair of Saks pants weren't in the order. I asked, but they said that was all they had. When I got home I checked the email saying my order of 10 items was ready for pick-up. I only received 9 items - 8 shirts and 1 pair of pants. I will call the store tomorrow.
My first time there and I won't be returning. 2 coats and both came back in the exact condition I dropped them in. $40.+ later and I have 2 dirty coats!
Horrible! Disgusted to learn this company discriminates against people with disabilities. MaryAnne King from the Quincy ave location offered my niece and interview via a voicemail. My niece has returned her call and left her 5 voicemails with no return call. Apparently because my nieces disability causes her to have a speech impediment, the voicemails went unreturned? Only have one suggestion, is it possible to provide the amount due on an order when a "Your Order is Ready" email is sent?
