The job was well done and on time. The staff is great - professional, friendly, helpful and very responsive when the cleaning order is not completed properly (through no fault of the local staff).
I love Kerry and the other veteran women at Dependable. Had a new young man today who was very personable, but wasn't quite ready to have someone show him how to complete a pick up, so I went home with tags and no bag. Not a worry - I called Kerry and she assured me she could cash me out through the computer and I will pick up my bag next time.
