The job was well done and on time. The staff is great - professional, friendly, helpful and very responsive when the cleaning order is not completed properly (through no fault of the local staff).
I love Kerry and the other veteran women at Dependable. Had a new young man today who was very personable, but wasn't quite ready to have someone show him how to complete a pick up, so I went home with tags and no bag. Not a worry - I called Kerry and she assured me she could cash me out through the computer and I will pick up my bag next time. It's the people that make you want to keep coming back and using a local business. And while Dependable is a "chain", you forget that based on the hyper-local experience you have walking into the Hingham location. The ladies are always smiling, they remember your name, and take care of anything you can throw at them. My wife always asks wouldn't it be easier to just do the drop/delivery option Dependable offers, and I say maybe but then I wouldn't get to go run my errands. Always great service.
I was disturbed that I did not receive my $5 coupon credit on a recent order - Kerrie is looking into this but what disturbed me is that is was printed on the receipt but NOT deducted. You seem to have your share of computer issues - very frustrating to customers. I still gave you five stars as I love your staff and your service.
I had a comforter cleaned and I think your work is exceptional. The person in the Hingham store was extremely helpful and friendly. I couldn't have been more pleased with your service. I'm not new to Dependable, though. I've been a customer for a long time.
