The Dependable Cleaners (Hingham) experience is always a great one. Everybody is tremendous and unbelievably customer-oriented. Kudos to Kerri and the entire crew. Fantastic.
DC is the gold standard of drycleaning. Prompt, professional and friendly service, cataloging of every received item, and excellent cleaning and stain removal. I have used many drycleaners but this place has definitely won me over.
I left a comforter and 2 pillow shams to be cleaned. I told person at counter that I had a coupon. I've brought the same set every year to be cleaned and I was charged about $28.00 each time for the 3 pieces. This time I was charged $78.00. The manager gave me a $16.00 discount. Price way too high. Never expected an increase like that. Dependable has lost my business
I unsubscribed over a week ago, and am still getting mailings. I get too much email. If you can send me one email a month, I'm pleased to receive it. Otherwise, I am pleased with your staff and cleaning services.
employees were helpful and friendly but never mention a cost I can see why, I paid $87 for two brides maid dresses and one mens sport coat to clean. I almost fell over when I got the price at pick up.
How can I use this coupon by the expiration date if your stores are closed?
Was shocked st the price of three items; $54. A sweater, a tablecloth and a table runner. The sweater had stains. Which I understand is extra, but yikes.
The service was done as expected, suit cleaning and deodorize, but the worker used a large pin to attach a note “requesting the deodorize” through the back of my suit jacket collar. I have no idea why anyone would do that and now I have a hole through my suit
Brought in 3 shirts. Asked for boxed set up due to travel. Received 2 boxed and one on a hanger. That didn’t work for me.
