Usually awesome but waiting for my 2 men's shirts to be located. Haven't heard back.
My first time going and I asked the girl at the register not to put my T-shirts on a hanger. I go to pick my clothing up and what is my shirts on? You guessed it, a fucking hanger. pissed....
My clothes were washed, dried and folded inpeccably.Great job
I came in with two coasts and the person who attended me said that I could use my coupon for both coasts. But after he processed my order, I realized that the coupon had only been applied to one coat. He told me that it hadn't gone through, and that there was nothing he could do to fix it. Because the order had already been processed, I left my coat there. But by not being able to use the coupon on both coats, I am paying close to 10 dollars more... The coupon said I would get 20% off of any order.
I wasn't informed that my curtain toppers could not be cleaned when i dropped them off because they have tassels . I was called the next day.
Overall I was pleased. However, when I went to pay the bill I noticed that while I was given the Senior Citizen discount the coupon of $0.44 for each of the five shirts I had laundered was not given. The clerk informed me that the discount was either one or the other, that is, the Senior Citizen discount or the coupon discount. This was news to me.
