The service was OK, but my jacket and rain coat were not pressed right, they are not flat and still have wrinkles . The worst thing is you wanted to charge me extra $ for the coat belt on top of already very expensive price. That is a rip off.

I recently brought several suits and ties to Dependable Cleaners and despite very good online reviews, I was unimpressed. First, they failed to remove several minor stains from my tire. Second, one of the stains actually got worse after they dry cleaned it. Worse, they destroyed another of my ties, leaving what appears to be bleach stains all over it. Jamie was courteous during our interaction. My white shirt came back with a pen mark on the sleeve (not pleased) and I was certain I had paid for the order prior to pickup, but was informed I had not paid when I came to pick up. I paid (probably twice) and won't be back.
Possibly the worst experience ever.. Two times I dropped off my sons military uniform and both times we had issues.. First time the problem was with ink stain on white shirt that was not there when we dropped it off, then was told I needed to bring the shirt back so they could fix it( he goes to a military school and needs his uniform Sunday).. My first time going and I asked the girl at the register not to put my T-shirts on a hanger. I go to pick my clothing up and what is my shirts on? You guessed it, a fucking hanger. pissed....
My clothes were washed, dried and folded inpeccably.Great job
I came in with two coasts and the person who attended me said that I could use my coupon for both coasts. But after he processed my order, I realized that the coupon had only been applied to one coat. He told me that it hadn't gone through, and that there was nothing he could do to fix it. Because the order had already been processed, I left my coat there. But by not being able to use the coupon on both coats, I am paying close to 10 dollars more... The coupon said I would get 20% off of any order.
