After not using dependable for about one year I decided to try it again and once again my order was not correct. A simple request when I dropped off my items to be Pressed Only, I requested my shorts be creased.. When I picked up my completed order the shorts were not creased. The person who checked my items in originally repeated all my request to me so I anticipated they were entered into the register correctly.
What a horrible situation tried to get my veil cleaned not repaired they tried to charge me $150 not ok and don’t recommend anyone for getting gowns or wedding cleaned or repaired. Talk about a rip off no good recommendations from me. Nicole Mayo
