Positives: quality of work is great. Also, quick turnaround. Negatives: lack of proper training for the people working at the front desk. I have had a couple of bad experiences. I brought in my clothes to be dry cleaned ; gave the woman the coupon to be used towards the dry cleaning. Went to pick up told stain wasn’t removed because it would have broken promise of it been ready for pick up in 2 days I didn’t need items in 2 days on this visit so now I have item which I paid to be dry cleaned which I have to was again These policies make no sense to me I feel like I was scammed
The dry cleaning section is fine and I have never had an issue, but the laundry matt is disgusting. The inside of the washing machines are never cleaned with a disinfectant wash and they smell. I often go at night and I see the cleaning lady use the same dirty rag to wipe down each machine. She only wipes down the outside of the machines. I will have to bring the comforter back. The comforter is a big wrinkled mess so it needs to be ironed or steamed to correct. I hope to bring it in on Wednesday 3/6/19.

The service was OK, but my jacket and rain coat were not pressed right, they are not flat and still have wrinkles . The worst thing is you wanted to charge me extra $ for the coat belt on top of already very expensive price. That is a rip off.

I recently brought several suits and ties to Dependable Cleaners and despite very good online reviews, I was unimpressed. First, they failed to remove several minor stains from my tire. Second, one of the stains actually got worse after they dry cleaned it. Worse, they destroyed another of my ties, leaving what appears to be bleach stains all over it. Jamie was courteous during our interaction. My white shirt came back with a pen mark on the sleeve (not pleased) and I was certain I had paid for the order prior to pickup, but was informed I had not paid when I came to pick up. I paid (probably twice) and won't be back.
