Bad service
My Shirt was NOT CLEANED PROPERLY. I could see a STAIN on my Right Hand CUFF, which DID NOT Exist Before. By the LOOKS of the Stain, it Looks like it's BURNT RESIDUE from the IRON BOX, while my Shirt was being Pressed. Also it was given for a RE-DO, but the RE-DO was NOT READY as Promised the Next Day.
I don't know how you can charge eight dollars to do one shirt, shame on you!! There is nothing you could say that would justify that cost. Again SHAME ON YOU!!!!!!
I only left 1 jacket there, not two pieces.
I did not have a good first experience. I brought a number of dress shirts to be laundered and when I came to pick them up, 5 of the shirts had been dry cleaned instead at a much higher cost despite not being asked to do so. These were not shirts that required dry cleaning. I don't plan on returning.
We love your services and they are always great. We have been going to the Quincy Point location for years. Perhaps your staff was having a bad week. I don't see it as a big problem. My wife told me your staff was short, rude, and dismissive with her at dropoff and at pickup. I was suprised to hear this because we're always happy with how friendly they are there. I had dropped off pants to be tailored. The job was... Release hem on both legs and lengthened by 3/4” and have the seams on both legs opened by 3/4” in a “v” shape to make leg opening a little wider. The pants were lengthened maybe 1/2” (shorter than what I wanted) and the seams were opened maybe 1/2” (less than what I wanted). It also seems like one of the pant legs was sewn a little tighter at the bottom as well. I am very unhappy with the service and will NOT be returning to do business with dependable cleaners.
I wanted the shirts laundered - not drycleaned. Pretty steep bill.
Positives: quality of work is great. Also, quick turnaround. Negatives: lack of proper training for the people working at the front desk. I have had a couple of bad experiences. I brought in my clothes to be dry cleaned ; gave the woman the coupon to be used towards the dry cleaning. Rather than have me wait for her to lift my clothes into the computer system, she said that she would take care of it and include the coupon and sent me and email receipt.
