My first time dropping off for a wash dry and fold. Not very welcoming. But not rude. Felt a bit discouraged because I had never had anyone else handle my laundry. Just want the staff to be a bit more friendly.

I requested 7 shirts to be starched and folded, at pick up shirts were not starched and were on hangers. My written instructions we we still stuck to shirt bag.
