As always, your service was top-notch! When I first moved to Quincy, I used your facility simply because it was conveniently located -- now I use Dependable exclusively and find your service MORE than satisfactory in every area -- keep up the good work!!
I have NEVER had a bad experience. For over 8 years now, I have been a loyal customer of Dependable Cleaners. Everything is ALWAYS done to my satisfaction and very quickly. If a shirt has a stain on it I am notified with a label on the hanger and have asked them to try to get it out. They take back the shirt at no charge a rewash and amazingly always seem to get the stains out. Dependable your the best!!
Very prompt and friendly service. To replace a zipper on a hooded full zip sweatshirt I was quoted $28??! Is that for real?
