Somehow you folks mis-placed my wife's party gown, and she( my wife) was extremely upset. But cooler heads prevailed and I allowed your Hanover location to work on the problem for the next 2 days. After quite a bit of nail bitng, the gown was located (somewhere in your system) and the store manager was kind enough to drive (deliver) the gown to our house in Hanover. Been coming to the Quincy Ave location for over 30 years. The staff is fantastic, friendly, professional, helpful. I like the way my clothes are treated with such care, I have even received a phone call to say that the beads may lose their color if cleaned, which I appreciated very much. My clothes always look great. I also have had tailoring done and always happy with the results. I have uniforms cleaned and the military press is always fantastic.
