I came in on Sunday Sept 6th and p/u my clothes on Friday Sept 11 and I have to say that this was my second time with dropping my clothes for Wash and Fold, and I could not have been more pleased, so convenient and I love the bag that my clothes came in. I intend on doing my clothes with Dependable as it is such an ease for me to drop off and pick/up. Thanks again
