A customer service “wow” experience from start to finish. I was met by a professional and efficient person who greeted me with enthusiasm, took my order promptly and with text messages, kept me informed on the rush job’s progress. I had limited time and needed the work done quickly to prep for a business trip and your team delivered. Thank you!!
Exemplary customer service with a smile - and of course the dry cleaning is always perfection. If they need extra time, they will say so and the staff always goes the extra mile to make sure things are as you like. Top-shelf service.
Great. Very efficient.

Staff is very courteous, pleasant, and professional. You did a wonderful job with my 18 cashmere tops! Now I am ready for the cold! I love receiving your periodic coupons and promotions, especially the coat sale in February!
