Jaime is super. Always professional and calls me by name. i went to him with a concern and he personally checks everything over now. That is attention To detail I appreciate. I will continue my business with them because of that attention!

I was so happy that my granddaughters gown came out perfect. I had been communicating with Jaime at 320 Quincy Ave and at first the drycleaner said he couldn't do it. So i contacted the store we bought it at and they told me it had to be wet clean. I have never heard of wetcleanng . I then emailed Christa and ask her if she knew of a place that wet cleans and she said they did. So I contacted Jaime and let him know to do it.
