Drop off took 3 minutes. Item was ready the following day by 5 pm. Beautifully clean & fresh. I expect this level of svce from Dependable & was not disappointed.
Jaime is a professional in everything that he does from greeting and meeting the customers, receiving their garments and most of all he is so caring. In addition, the entire team is fantastic. It had been almost 6 years since my wedding and I hadn't had my gown cleaned! There were a few minor rips in the skirt which were repaired free of charge and the dress looks amazing. Thank you!
I brought so many clothes for wash dry in desperation and fold and they were so kind and did such a good job. They had it all done in a day!
