Drop off took 3 minutes. Item was ready the following day by 5 pm. Beautifully clean & fresh. I expect this level of svce from Dependable & was not disappointed.

It had been almost 6 years since my wedding and I hadn't had my gown cleaned! There were a few minor rips in the skirt which were repaired free of charge and the dress looks amazing. Thank you!
