Staff was very friendly. I called ahead and said they could accommodate me and I was in and out in 5 min. Week turnaround - amazing. And the price was generous!! I was expecting to pay A LOT more and to my surprise I didn't have to.
Domingas in the morning and Donna in the evening - a winning team in the Watertown site! I always feel welcomed and assured that my belongings will be well taken care of... I receive a bright greeting to start my day off right and when I return to pick up my belongings, I can always depend on a great conversation to end the day on a good note! Kathy

Very nice customer service. When picking up, rep found me some savings on my large order and helped bring items to car. Always a good experience. This young man, though, was excepional.
