Always a pleasure to deal with the staff.
The service was great. Only thing is that I wish I had received a text message saying that the clothes were dropped off. Otherwise I’d never know that it had arrived.

As usual, Dependable does a great job, your staff is courteous, friendly, professional and prompt. I am concerned about your lack of delivery in Dorchester, where I live. It continues to shock me that your company does not provide much needed delivery options to Boston’s largest and most diverse neighborhood.
