The service was great. Only thing is that I wish I had received a text message saying that the clothes were dropped off. Otherwise I’d never know that it had arrived.

It continues to shock me that your company does not provide much needed delivery options to Boston’s largest and most diverse neighborhood. I requested a Pick up and I put my bag out at 8:50am and at 9:00am it was picked up. Returned to me in 48 hours beautifully done. 1 question: Are there discount coupons this year?
