I think one indication of a good company is not when business is going well, but when it is faced with tougher times. The past year has been difficult, but the people working at Dependable Cleaners on Washington St. in Braintree have continued to provide consistently great work. On the rare occasion that something was done incorrectly, they have always made great effort to correct it.
I love this Dry Cleaner. All the staff are pleasant and professional. They even held an order for me for a very long time and were so gracious when I was finally able to pick it up. The clothes and blankets that I’ve had cleaned there come out immaculately. All around a great experience. - Patti Q.
