As usual, Dependable does a great job, your staff is courteous, friendly, professional and prompt. I am concerned about your lack of delivery in Dorchester, where I live. It continues to shock me that your company does not provide much needed delivery options to Boston’s largest and most diverse neighborhood. With options that reach out to every other Boston neighborhood, as well as suburbs as far as Dover and Cohasett, I wonder out loud the reasoning behind the obviously deliberate decision. I requested a Pick up and I put my bag out at 8:50am and at 9:00am it was picked up. Returned to me in 48 hours beautifully done. 1 question: Are there discount coupons this year?

The clerk was excellent - esp. when there were three customers arriving at the same time. She acknowledged each and took them in the order of arrival. Also, quick and efficient and personable.
