I was very unhappy last week. my clothes were not delivered back to me the day of the Marathon. While i understand the difficulty i never was told in advance or even sent an email. then to top it off my clothes weren;t delivered until wednesday.
Service was quick and efficient . Surprised of the next day service. The young ladies were very charming and professional.

Easy and good experience. Everything was cleaned and folded nicely within the time frame they mentioned. Nothing was lost or damaged, and prices were reasonable. The only glitch was I specified folded and bagged to avoid hangers and plastic, and it still came on hangers and plastic. Simple mistake though that I'm sure won't be repeated. Staff always seemed to be productive around the shop but made sure to not keep customers waiting and the interactions were just fine. I will definitely return for my dry cleaning needs.
Droped off my dry cleaning in the bag early in the morning, and picked them up after 4pm. Everything was great. Good service and outcome! Just prices are high. I wish they drop them a lower.

The women working in the Cohasset office are both efficient and personable. I always know they will try to take care of my order and if anything isn't as expected they will encourage me to send it back to be rectified.
