It was really seamless process to drop off and pickup. Delivered on time.
Three times recently coupons attached to orders have been ignored. It just happened with an order of shirts that I picked up on Monday. I have used Dependable for a long time. The service is very reliable and this recent problem with the coupons is completely out of character. I don't know where the problem is in the system but I wish it would become more reliable.
It is always such a pleasure to come to Dependables in Braintree. Employees are friendly and courteous and our clothes are cleaned to high standards and on time. Minor alterations are done with no additional charge which I really appreciate it! It is a peace of mind to know we will be wearing cleaned clothes with no funny smell.... Rita Diaz
