My experience at Dependable cleaners on Dorchester Ave. has always been a pleasant one. Francisco and the staff both from the laundry department to the dry cleaning department are always polite and thoughtful. Dependable Cleaners in Dorchester is outstanding! The quality of the dry cleaning is excellent but what really distinguishes this branch is its friendly and helpful staff. They greet their customers with a smile and by name! Yes, Francisco and Ashley learn the names of their customers really quickly! And they go out of their way to assist in any situation. Recommend highly!
For the most part a very reliable cleaners. At time attention to detail and sense of urgency are things that fall short.
Employees were friendly and courteous at both pick up and drop off. My clothes were well cleaned and ready in a short amount of time.
My experience is always good except when I can't find any parking. Just wish they had a contract with a tow company to tow those people who uses the dependable parking lot to go to stores in the area.
I am always greeted by name and with a smile. Nicole, Gina and the other hard working staff at the Braintree location are all top notch!

Loverly Dependable cleaners!! Not only for quality cleaning b?t mainly the customer service!! Everyone is so friendly. They know you by name which I find amazing!! Always helpful. Never have to wait long for service. They are totally awesome!!!
