Dependable Cleaners consistently exceeds my expectations. I drive 40 minutes round-trip to go Dependable Cleaners, and pass many other drycleaners on my way. The service, the care for the clothes, and the people who work there - are all terrific.

I always have a great experience at dependable in Watertown, MA. Staff always greets me with hello and smile! I don't even have to give my phone number as they know it!! Clothes are ready on schedule. I couldn't be happier with the staff and service!! If I had to say anything negative, it would be the cost. Efficient, but expensive. Generally good service. Have screwed up a few things but always made us whole.
