I thought it was a little expensive
Pleasant and help clerk when dropping off and picking up up clothes.
Great service. Jessica and Franchesco were helpful. Tailor work was excellent although $$ (wish I had the option to not get it pressed; just tailoring.)

My experience was just fine, but I have been a customer for many years..... I like the new system and hope that it decreases the chances of my items being lost.

First time customer, and the associates were all amazing. Francisca (Hope I spelled her name correctly) was extremely professional and took her time to go over everything with me. Even the manager greeted me personally. The extra touches go a long way and it is very rare and a nice surprise when some companies actually still value customer service.
