I recently stopped by the Washington Street Braintree location I was there to pick up no drop off. Your team member did not ask for my phone number. Instead he went straight to the rack and retrieved my clothing. I was impressed. And also a big hello and smile from Nicole.
I had to return 8 shirts due to a strong mildew smell in the collar. The staff took the shirts back and rewashed them at no charge. Thanks very much!
The staff at Dependables on Adams St In Quincy are very pleasant and helpful and I love the tailor. The only problem is that if you have a problem there never seems to be someone to speak with. The staff indicates that they will relay the message to the appropriate employee but it doesn't seem to go any further than that. I was charged for cleaning when I only wanted the item tailored, which I had indicated when I dropped the item off. Awesome, as always. Monica is professional, courteous, and so very friendly. All the employees are great, and the clothes come out nice!
It's a pleasure when ever I drop off/pick my order. Everyone is friendly, helpful and curteous.
Finally took the chance to have the last of my winter sweaters cleaned and put away for the summer. Packaged nicely, and tucked away with confidence.
Would not go to any other cleaners. The folks here are not only extremely professional but some of the nicest people I've ever met. Been going to the Adams st location or over 25 years and the service has always been wonderful. They are just what the name says - Dependable. Thank you for your many years of consistent service.
Staff and service excellent...one bit of feedback concerning the reward points you get for your next visit. The points are barcoded on a receipt you need to bring on your next visit. I and I'm sure everyone else forgets to bring it with them on the next visit, loses it or completely forgets about it.....my recommendation would be to have it listed on the customers account and have your sales person remind us that we're getting the reward.
