I had a problem with a white pair of pants & another top that had marks all over them, thes girl & manager were great they took them back & apologized that it would be a couple of days which was not an issue to me. The pants in particular were expensive & only worn a couple of times. They came back perfectly & they expressed concern that if things were not up to my expectations they would fix it. I give them a+ across the board excellent employees

My clothes always come back clean and pressed thoroughly. The details paid to the cleaning always keeps me coming back. The staff is very friendly and helps resolves any issues quickly, IE a loose button, proper discounts.
My cleaning was ready with the stain removed from the cuff of my suit jacket. I was very happy with the service.

The folks who work at Dependable always greet me by name which is very nice and much appreciated. My clothing is returned expediently and well serviced. Little extras sometimes helps too - sewing a button, etc.
Great,friendly,old fashioned service. Its nice when they know your name and the way you like it! I like that old fashioned small town feeling.
