The experience was fine. No problems
Very surprised and delighted to see that the sport coat I gave to you for cleaning that was missing its two gold buttons, was returned not only beautifully cleaned, but with its two buttons replaced. Exceptional service! *****
I am always very pleased with the way my clothes look after the cleaning. Customer service at the Watertown location is excellent. If I did not know better, I would think they are owners rather than employees. Only issue is the expense; for that reason, I often use a less expensive cleaner near my office. But if cost is not an issue for you, then you can't go wrong with Dependable.
Both women with whom I dealt were very pleasant and professional. However, there was a large spot on my dress that likely resulted from removing the much smaller stain previously on the dress (reason it was at Dependable). Fortunately I did not need to wear the dress this weekend since it had to be re-done.
I needed my daughter's prom dress altered on short notice. It was done on time and was perfect.
Everyone there is lovely and helpful and I love going there.
Counter service people are all very courteous and pleasant. The cleaning peeps got multiple grease stains out (they found all the spots). Nice job all around --TY!
Staff is very friendly, always greeting me by name. It's a pleasure to interact with them!
Clothing well pressed and smelled great....not at all like other dry cleaners who's clothing smells like chemicals! The staff are really friendly, too....
