I'm always asked if I'd like to review or check my order before paying but there is never a reason to do so. The cleaning is superior and the service is unmatched.

Everyone is always helpful, however I have more than a few times had items go missing And never get them back Employees are very helpful , but still would like to not lose the items

I recently stopped by the Washington Street Braintree location I was there to pick up no drop off. Your team member did not ask for my phone number. Instead he went straight to the rack and retrieved my clothing. I was impressed. And also a big hello and smile from Nicole.
I had to return 8 shirts due to a strong mildew smell in the collar. The staff took the shirts back and rewashed them at no charge. Thanks very much!
