Awesome, as always. Monica is professional, courteous, and so very friendly. All the employees are great, and the clothes come out nice!
It's a pleasure when ever I drop off/pick my order. Everyone is friendly, helpful and curteous.
Finally took the chance to have the last of my winter sweaters cleaned and put away for the summer. Packaged nicely, and tucked away with confidence.
Would not go to any other cleaners. The folks here are not only extremely professional but some of the nicest people I've ever met. Been going to the Adams st location or over 25 years and the service has always been wonderful. They are just what the name says - Dependable. Thank you for your many years of consistent service.
Staff and service excellent...one bit of feedback concerning the reward points you get for your next visit. The points are barcoded on a receipt you need to bring on your next visit. I and I'm sure everyone else forgets to bring it with them on the next visit, loses it or completely forgets about it.....my recommendation would be to have it listed on the customers account and have your sales person remind us that we're getting the reward. Been cleaning my clothes at this location for over 40 years and I have never had a problem, everything comes out fantastic. The staff are very helpful, courteous, pleasant and a pleasure to work with.
