Great place, good people, quick service and nice clean environment,
Employees are always friendly and our clothes come back speedy fast!
Good service as always. My only other comment is that I wish the procedure for the $10 coupon was the way out used to be, tracked automatically by the system instead of handing out a coupon which could get lost.
The customer service rep was super friendly and had a great smile. Very polite and asked if i wanted to look over my order. She thanked me and told me to have a wonderful day!

I always say great customer service begins when you walk through the door. The folks at dependle cleaners are a fine example of this! Always a friendly & sincere smile! The dry cleaning is the best bar-none! Worth every dollar spent!
It's the people that make you want to keep coming back and using a local business. And while Dependable is a "chain", you forget that based on the hyper-local experience you have walking into the Hingham location. The ladies are always smiling, they remember your name, and take care of anything you can throw at them. My wife always asks wouldn't it be easier to just do the drop/delivery option Dependable offers, and I say maybe but then I wouldn't get to go run my errands.
