I always say great customer service begins when you walk through the door. The folks at dependle cleaners are a fine example of this! Always a friendly & sincere smile! The dry cleaning is the best bar-none! Worth every dollar spent!
It's the people that make you want to keep coming back and using a local business. And while Dependable is a "chain", you forget that based on the hyper-local experience you have walking into the Hingham location. The ladies are always smiling, they remember your name, and take care of anything you can throw at them. My wife always asks wouldn't it be easier to just do the drop/delivery option Dependable offers, and I say maybe but then I wouldn't get to go run my errands. I was disturbed that I did not receive my $5 coupon credit on a recent order - Kerrie is looking into this but what disturbed me is that is was printed on the receipt but NOT deducted. You seem to have your share of computer issues - very frustrating to customers. I still gave you five stars as I love your staff and your service.

Absolutely THE best service of any Weymouth establishment! I truly mean that. Danielle and Courtney have your order ready before you shut your car off. I'm always asked if I'd like to review or check my order before paying but there is never a reason to do so. The cleaning is superior and the service is unmatched.
