I tell you this all the time, the service is always great! Everyone is friendly and hard working. I especially like that they really take the time to get to know you.
Every visit is a pleasure. Everyone greets me, the service is quick and always accurate. This winter when I had my arm in a sling, there was always a volunteer to carry my cleaning to the car. The staff and manager are the best.

The staff at Dependables on Adams St In Quincy are very pleasant and helpful and I love the tailor. The only problem is that if you have a problem there never seems to be someone to speak with. The staff indicates that they will relay the message to the appropriate employee but it doesn't seem to go any further than that. I was charged for cleaning when I only wanted the item tailored, which I had indicated when I dropped the item off. The employee told me that they would let the appropriate person know so I could be reimbur... read more
