I had a pleasant experience at Dependable Cleaners.The tailor Karen, was very kind and made all the appropriate alterations. I received a timely notification on my e-mail letting me know that my clothes were ready. When I arrived to pick up my clothes I was greeted with a smile as soon as I walked through the door. Everything was great except on of the buttons on my shirts was cracked
It was everything I wanted in a dry cleaner, easy, straightforward and the clothes were ready when they said they would be. Nothing was lost! Will continue to use!
Your service was really wonderful. You are going to be my new dry cleaner and hopefully for a long, long time. The technicians were so helpful and informative about your services when I came in to drop off my items. They were all fantastic when I returned for my pick up.
