Everyone is always helpful, however I have more than a few times had items go missing And never get them back Employees are very helpful , but still would like to not lose the items
Absolutely THE best customer service of any Weymouth establishment! I truly mean that. Danielle and Courtney have your order ready before you shut off your car! I'm always asked if I'd like to review or check my order before paying but there is never a reason to do so. The cleaning is superior and the service is unmatched.
I have no complaints,I have used Dependable Cleaners for years.Also the people that work at the Weymouth store they are the best.
I recently stopped by the Washington Street Braintree location I was there to pick up no drop off. Your team member did not ask for my phone number. Instead he went straight to the rack and retrieved my clothing. I was impressed. And also a big hello and smile from Nicole.
I had to return 8 shirts due to a strong mildew smell in the collar. The staff took the shirts back and rewashed them at no charge. Thanks very much!
The staff at Dependables on Adams St In Quincy are very pleasant and helpful and I love the tailor. The only problem is that if you have a problem there never seems to be someone to speak with. The staff indicates that they will relay the message to the appropriate employee but it doesn't seem to go any further than that. I was charged for cleaning when I only wanted the item tailored, which I had indicated when I dropped the item off.
