I was there this week for your Presidents' Day coat cleaning sale....which I love. Your staff are so friendly ,the lovely woman that waited on me came out of the store to give me a piece of jewelry I accidentally left on my coat ...just so thoughtful.
I would like to give 3.5 stars, but that's not an option... DC didn't get the coffee stains out of my yellow coat as I requested at drop off, and in the cleaning process pressed one cuff wrong in the sleeve and, more importantly, seams came open under the arms. However, the manager called me personally and is having his tailor repair the seams, so there was an attempt to make things right. I do wish they had tried harder to get the coffee stains out- I don't feel like they were any lighter.
