Service was great and was ready as promised.
Having moved to Quincy recently we needed a new dry cleaner. Before we needed dry cleaning, we "needed" ice cream. We noticed Dependable Cleaners down the street and decided to go there because we had used other Dependable locations and had been happy. The representative who assisted me was very pleasant and helpful since it was my first visit. I had to fill out an information card which led her to roll up my slack leg (on the soiled item) and discover a "secret" tag that identified me as a previous customer. We were in... read more
Every time I go to drop off or pick up my dry cleaning I notice the associates are ALWAYS working...no chit chatting, no loud music or no yelling across the room. It's a clean, professional environment and the associates are always courteous to the customer.
So far, your services match your name. *Cleaning has been done and packaged beautifully. *Tailoring has also been well done. *I believe in taking the best possible care of clothing, AND that generally, you get what you pay for. That said, being on a fixed income, your email coupons are MOST welcome. *The staff is very courteous when I come in with an order. Bravo on all counts!
Quality of the work is usually good. Sometimes there is confusion re: hanging shirts or fold...also had occasions where shirts came out with stains from equipment which were not present when checked in. Staff typically courteous and helpful I enjoy the email notice that items are ready. Also service is fast...one day. Fair prices

I have been going to a Dependable Cleaners since the mid 1960s and have always had positive experiences. Your staff are always pleasant and helpful. At this time I would like to single out Suzette in Milton for extra praise. She is always so positive and welcoming.
In all the years...and they are many...that I have used Dependable, there are no more than 3 times that I have had an issue
