I would like to give 3.5 stars, but that's not an option... DC didn't get the coffee stains out of my yellow coat as I requested at drop off, and in the cleaning process pressed one cuff wrong in the sleeve and, more importantly, seams came open under the arms. However, the manager called me personally and is having his tailor repair the seams, so there was an attempt to make things right. I do wish they had tried harder to get the coffee stains out- I don't feel like they were any lighter.

Customer service was awesome. I was greeted with a smile, friendly disposition. and wonderful atmosphere. The young lady that attended to me was very informative and kind. I will definitely come back.
Continue to be in love with your service!! It was the Presidents Day and we assumed there wouldn't be any regular pick up. When we realized our neighbor got their laundry delivered later that day, I texted our delivery person. My husband needed some clothes done by the weekend for his business trip. Even our regular person was on vacation, the store manager replied to my text. She came next day to pick up our stuff and returned them on the next scheduled drop off day! What a wonderful service!!! I brought in a down jacket and was amazed at how clean you were able to get it. It's a few years old and I thought some stains were permanent. The staff people were very friendly at both drop-off and pick-up.
