I left my coat after inspecting it. It was cleaned but really needed to be depilled. Disappointed because I was planning on wearing that night. Customer service was good though.
I dropped off a dress shirt that was damaged with water stains dependable took shirt at 646 pm and did a rush took shirt in cleaned and pressed it by 1200 pm next day awesome service
Latoya was everything. She catered a custom wash and fold experience to my personal laundry needs that was unlike anything I've experienced before. Her loyalty to the Dependable brand was superior and her smile, grace, personality, and ability to focus on details made me feel safe and secure that my personal belongings were taken care of. I was there this week for your Presidents' Day coat cleaning sale....which I love. Your staff are so friendly ,the lovely woman that waited on me came out of the store to give me a piece of jewelry I accidentally left on my coat ...just so thoughtful.
