You recleaned one item and it was satisfactory. I have an issue with the attitude (customer service) that I get from one particular employee. She is very nasty! Not really sure of her name but I really don't like dealing with her when I am there.
I love dependable cleaners! I have frequented for years. I now live in Peabody and die to the quality they take with my clothes and customers service I continue to go! Tonight at 7:03 a customer and I were at the door. I thought you closed at 8:00 and ran late due to an event at Fenway and fire trucks parked out side the building. DC staff are professional, concerned, and well educated in the field of dry cleaning, it is a pleasure doing business with them because they are so pleasant. Management should acknowledge the staff's dedication to the company and compensate the front line workers for their service.
