I came to this location looking for a good laundrymat to use. I'm very particular only cleanliness and this location was very clean. I had a small issue with the money being added to my card and I went over to the dry cleaning side and Jamie was there to assist takimg care of the issue fast and pain free. Excellent customer service!
Dropping off and picking up were straightforward, and the staff were very pleasant. Most importantly, the turnaround was fast. I like the online system for viewing order status.
This was my first experience, and it felt as if they knew me and I was a regular customer. They did a great job with my cloths also!!!!!
