Always pleasant people on the desk. When you send out the "ready" notification could you include the balance due? Or is this just an email triggered by the work ticket being closed out?
I requested a special favor of the young man who waited on me in the morning. He was not to happy about accommodating my pressing need. I wish he had an attitude that said to me "I will happily put myself out for you." On pick up I had some questions about the correct application of discounts and coupon since my bag with slips was no where to be found.
