Kind and experienced staff! Very accommodating! they made me feel at ease and assured me that they would be able to clean the wedding gown and make it like new. Elton is your guy! He went over the top with my order. Knows anything and everything about his profession. If you need a wedding gown cleaned, fixed, anything or any piece of clothing... this is the place to go!

I brought my daughters 23 yr old wedding dress to be cleaned & preserved as my eldest granddaughter wanted to keep it but had no place for it & it wound up in my garage - no place for any textiles! Dependable has 3 inspections to determine what should be done. Although it was recommended that the dress be restored, which was out of my budget range, they did clean it, as well as my daughter's headpiece & mine & packed it in a presentation box. I had a ceiling leak in my closet and about 25 items were affected. I had tried to keep a list of each item for insurance reimbursement, but it became very confusing. I brought the garments into Dependable Cleaners, Quincy Ave, and to my surprise as they were cataloging, each item label was categorized by maker etc so all items were easily distinguishable, and listed on my receipt.
