I used the wedding gown preservation service and got the dress back this week! Dropping the dress off was an experience as the poor worker did not know all the details and how to enter everything in the computer. Had to make a few calls. Would suggest some more training for all employees on this portion of your services. The dress was ready timely as they promised and in a beautiful window box as promised. Very satisfied!
Great work with clean and press, however the prices seemed little high.

The turn around time is great, my very simple, sleeveless black dress looks great, but I thought the price was outrageous. $15 for one dress is more than any cleaners I've been to, even in downtown Boston. I will not be back.
