I brought in all my winter coats for the President’s Day coat sale, one of which needed both buttons resewn. The turnaround time was great - in by Monday, ready by Wednesday. The drop-off process could’ve been a little smoother but I think the guy helping me might have been new so he was a little unknowledgeable regarding some of my questions. I went there on a Monday afternoon requesting alterations (military stripes) to be completed by Thursday. They were very nice and had it done by Wednesday.
I took advantage of your Washington ‘s birthday coat sale. I was so impressed , the lovely young lady that was working , greeted me with a smile and a wonderful positive , can do attitude. She was very professional and efficient . She was working when I picked up my coats , and she greeted me with the same enthusiasm . I told her that I hope Dependable cleansers realizes how lucky they are to have such a professional team member.
