Needed a small repair on an expensive shearling coat. Also needed a button. Paid to have 3 new buttons put on so they would all match. Jamie (I think) was excellent! He confirmed everything with the seamstress and told me it would be one week. He wrote the slip clearly stating 3 new buttons.
