I was in on sat mornning with a emergency i had a santa suit needed fast cleaning for a gig that night the two women at the counter were so polite and helpful i was doubtful i was going to be able to get this done . but they assured me not to worrie i was back at 3pm pickd it up great job thank you all

I just moved to Watertown from Newton and Dependable is fairly near my house. I was so impressed with everyone who works there. Everyone was nice and friendly yet very professional. I feel lucky to have found you guys your quick turnaround and texts make my life so much easier! Thanks!!
I have never in my life had to pay $30 to wash 4 dress shirts, I will never be coming back. That is absolutely ridiculous.
