Workers were great and very friendly. Very satisfied.
Needed a small repair on an expensive shearling coat. Also needed a button. Paid to have 3 new buttons put on so they would all match. Jamie (I think) was excellent! He confirmed everything with the seamstress and told me it would be one week. He wrote the slip clearly stating 3 new buttons. I used the wedding gown preservation service and got the dress back this week! Dropping the dress off was an experience as the poor worker did not know all the details and how to enter everything in the computer. Had to make a few calls. Would suggest some more training for all employees on this portion of your services. The dress was ready timely as they promised and in a beautiful window box as promised. Very satisfied!
Great work with clean and press, however the prices seemed little high.
Tried out Dependable for the first time and was very impressed.
